We strive to send the same team for your regular cleaning services if you stick to an agreed-upon schedule. The Walomaids team leader gets to know your specific requirements and familiarizes themselves with your home or office, training other team members to maintain consistent quality. Occasionally, due to illness, holidays, or staff changes, there may be a need to adjust team members. If you need to change your cleaning date or time, we will do our best to send you the same team.

About Your Clean

If you believe that one of our cleaners has damaged an item in your home, please contact us immediately. We have a protocol in place to notify you of any damages that may occur during cleaning. Walomaids is a fully insured cleaning company with comprehensive Public Liability insurance that covers compensation for any damage to your property.

Absolutely! We love pets and take great care around them. Please inform us in advance about your pets, so we can ensure a smooth experience without startling them or accidentally letting them outside. We kindly ask that you secure or confine your pets as necessary, especially if they may feel anxious with visitors.

If your home has a security system, you have options. You can disable the system during our scheduled cleaning, or you can provide us with entry and exit codes. Rest assured, we will reset the alarm before we leave.

It’s entirely up to you! Many of our customers prefer to leave us a key or secure it in a safe location, allowing them to go about their day. If you choose to keep the alarm system on, you can provide us with the necessary codes.

To maximize the value of our service, it helps if you pick up toys, laundry, and other clutter before we arrive. This allows us to work more efficiently, potentially reducing your costs. Please also leave fresh linens out for us to change the bedding and towels, and ensure that any important documents and valuables are safely stored away. No, you won’t be locked into a contract for our regular cleaning services. However, if you prefer, we can prepare a formal contract for your home or office cleaning—just let us know!

Changes To Your Cleaning Schedule

Absolutely! If you let us know at least 24 hours in advance, we’ll be happy to arrange some extra cleaning hours for you.

If you’re heading out on vacation, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Many of our clients choose to continue their cleaning services while they’re away, ensuring they return to a beautifully clean home.

We don’t charge extra for cleaning on weekends or public holidays because we want to ensure your cleaning services remain uninterrupted. However, if you prefer to reschedule your appointment, just let us know, and we’ll be glad to move it to another day that works for you.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please text or call Mindy at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly. We will work with you to find a new time that fits your needs and check the availability of your current cleaning team. If they’re not available for your new preferred time, we’ll arrange for another team to ensure you don’t miss out on your cleaning service.
